Are you ready to learn EXACTLY what to say during those difficult conversations that you have to have as a leader?

If you’re like the leaders I know, you have to have difficult conversations all the time—it’s part of the deal. Navigation Conflict. Negotiations-up-down-across. Giving Feedback. And do all of this in the middle of all the fires you put out in the day of a leader. I get it—and you do the best you can in the moment.

You think you have a plan for the conversation, but then the time comes and one or more of the following happens:

  • You stumble over your words You lose the words you had planned in your head (it sounded so good before!) and you don’t what to say next
  • You lose your cool Your conversation partner says something to get under your skin and you can feel yourself getting hot under the collar. You say something you don’t mean and you instantly want to take it back
  • You lose your confidence to manage the conversation Once you lose your confidence, you lose the courage to follow through on the message, stay in command and get the outcomes you need.

You leave the conversation feeling disappointed. I don’t want you to feel that way.

You KNOW if you could just get a shot a practicing these situations, your confidence would kick into gear and you would deal with these conversations LIKE A BOSS when it was “go time”

And… you’re probably right.

Because when you have confidence in your ability and approach in navigating these conversations, you 1. act with intention, 2. you show up with poise and presence, and, 3. you get noticed…in the best way possible. Then your leadership star begins to rise…

Being a nurse and a recovering hospital administrator for 25 years, I’ve had to have MANY of these conversations: the good, the bad and the ugly (and trust me, some of it was really ugly). I’ve heard and seen it all, and I’m bringing my lessons learned and experiences to the Lab to help you feel confident and to succeed. The topics may be difficult, but the conversations don’t have to feel that way for you!

I invite you to join me and some of your awesome peers in the Lab. You’ll be in a small group with people just like you. We’ll role-play common (and real-world) workplace scenarios, you’ll get real time feedback from me and your peers about what you did well, and how to up your game — and you’ll also get 1:1 time with me to further hone your approach and solidify your action plan.

Sound good?

The next cohort begins May 4th–

Don’t wait to get a jump on your confidence!

Group sizes are limited so please register now!
